Wellbeing support:

Looking after mental health and well-being is important. To support international student’s wellbeing, Bupa does not have waiting period for any mental health related services.

Also, Bupa Partnered with This Way Up which is online wellbeing platform. Bupa members can have free access to one online mental health treatment program in this platform. This Way Up offers practical skills and strategies to manage stress and anxiety.

Students need to Create an account with THIS WAY UP. They will need to include Bupa membership number to have free access to online mental health treatment program.
