Workshop Description:

"What does it really mean to have your name on a paper?

This interactive workshop explores the fine print of authorship in research—what's fair, what’s ethical, and what’s expected. We will unpack the UOW Authorship Policy and Procedure to provide you with a better understanding of your responsibilities, your rights, and the grey areas that HDR candidates commonly face.

Through practical discussion some real-case dilemmas, you’ll gain clarity on authorship practices. After this workshop, you will be better equipped to advocate for your contribution and with an understanding of what it means to have your name on a paper.
