We hear many success stories but not failures or struggles along the research journey.
This workshop provides an opportunity for researchers from around the university to hear about the failures of some of UOW’s most successful writers, and importantly, for the sharing of strategies to overcome challenges - all within a supportive and casual environment.
There will be three themes discussed at the workshop, namely:
- Overcoming Writer's Block (and Finding your Writing Mojo)
- Navigating Writing Hurdles: How to Write More Efficiently and Productively
- Dealing with Rejection and Implementing Feedback
Accessibility:
20.1 is a wheelchair accessible lecture theatre and an accessible toilet is situated beside the lecture theatre. Parking is free on campus for Mobility Parking Scheme Permit holders. Mobility permit holders are authorised to access dedicated disabled parking bays, UOW Entry permit bays and ticket bays, free of charge. Permit holders are also able to use the Parking Stations (P1 and P6).
