Ilknur Kayacik (Ella K)
Ilknur Kayacik graduated with a Master of Professional Accounting Advanced from the University of Wollongong. She brings extensive international and local expertise in financial compliance, bookkeeping, and risk management, spanning over a decade. Currently working as an auditor, Ilknur specializes in conducting comprehensive audit engagements for corporate and not-for-profit clients, ensuring rigorous alignment with Australian Accounting Standards.
Rudra Pratap Singh
Rudra Pratap Singh holds a Master of Business Analytics and a Master of Financial Management from the University of Wollongong. He brings a strong blend of financial acumen and legal operations expertise to the banking and finance sector. Currently, Rudra works as a Settlement Paralegal for Residential, Commercial, and Complex Lending at MSA National in Macquarie Park. In this role, he manages complex mortgage files from initial lender instructions through to final settlement, specializing in property law, commercial law, and banking and finance.
Arvind Sharma
Arvind graduated with a Master of Project Management and a Master of Business Analytics from the University of Wollongong. Arvind Sharma is the founder and independent consultant of Naviton Global Pty Ltd., a diversified holding structure encompassing technology and international trade ventures. Since establishing the company in 2025, he has led end-to-end development across product design, business strategy, and go-to-market execution, leveraging AI tools and no-code platforms to accelerate innovation and delivery.
