Dr Carmel Kostos is a Faculty Careers Specialist in the Careers and Employability team at UOW, supporting students and academics in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences. She has expertise in leadership and career development, coaching emerging leaders, and facilitating organisational change.

As a registered Professional Career Development Practitioner with the Career Industry Council of Australia, Carmel is passionate about empowering students to navigate the transition from university to fulfilling professional careers.
