The meeting will be hosted through Zoom. We recommend using a computer or laptop to stream the meeting. If it is your first time using Zoom on your computer, you will need to download a small application file when you join. So please join five (5) minutes beforehand to download the application file.

If you are joining through a mobile device, please install the Zoom Cloud Meetings app before the event. The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
To access the meeting on your mobile device, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Click ‘Access Zoom Event Here’ found on home page.
Step 2: Enter your email and password used to register for the event.
Step 3: You will be directed into a waiting room with a countdown timer, when the meeting starts you will automatically be transferred into the zoom meeting.

If you are joining from a PC, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Click ‘Access Zoom Event Here’ found on home page.
Step 2: Enter your email and password used to register for the event.

The meeting starts at 2:00 pm (AEST) on Thursday 28 October. Be sure to join at least five minutes before it starts to allow plenty of time to connect.
