Developed at the University of Queensland, the 3-Minute Thesis competition (3MT) proudly celebrates the dynamic research conducted by HDR candidates. This prestigious and world-renowned competition is an invaluable exercise in the importance of communication and presentation skills.

We have an incredible group of HDR candidates here at UOW, and this year we want to celebrate graduate research by going bigger and better. The 2024 3MT competition will take us back to pre-pandemic times, where candidates will present their thesis LIVE in 3 minutes (no more recordings!).
